Cranbrook Sound & Video located at JUST MUSIC will be video taping the Grad Ceremonies and the Prom. This will be a 2 DVD set available for $20.00 gst included. All orders are to be emailed to cranbrooksound@shaw.ca with subject “Grad Video”. Orders should be placed by July 15 2008. You will be notified by email when the DVD’s are ready for pickup at JUST MUSIC. Payment is due upon pickup.

Many parent helpers are needed to make the 2008 Prom a success. The committees are as follows: Food, Prizes, Entertainment, Clean-up, Coat Check, Breakfast, Security, Decorating, Dry Grad after Prom, and Organizing Decorations committee. If you are interested in volunteering on one of these committees, please email sherryl.taylor@sd5.bc.ca or telephone 426-5241 ext. 650.

If your son or daughter is graduating this year, please consider making a donation to the Grad Prizes Committee. Cash, gift certificates, etc. are appreciated, personally or through your business. A tax receipt will be issued from School District No. 5 for all donations. Please contact Annamarie Gray at 489-5392 or Jannub Halber at 426-6995.
